BJP Foundation Day: PM Modi lauds party’s poll victories, slams Congress for ‘Parivar Bhakti’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday lauded the BJP's "Double Machine Government" while felicitating the party on forming retaining power in four countries in the lately concluded Assembly choices. He said that the saffron party was strengthening the resoluteness of "Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat".


Addressing the party workers, members and MPs via videotape conferencing on the party's 42nd Foundation Day, PM Modi said, "This year's foundation day has become significant due to 3 reasons. First, we celebrate 75 years of independence; this is a significant occasion for inspiration. Second, with the rapidly changing global situation, new opportunities are coming up for India continuously. Third, BJP's double engine govt came to power once again in 4 states recently. Finally, after three decades, a party has touched the mark of 100 members in Rajya Sabha."

He said the parties devoted to further family rule have little regard for indigenous morals and cover up corruption and errors of each other, indeed though they may be active in different countries. They didn't allow the country's youthful gift to come up and betray them, he said, without naming any party.

Without naming the Congress, PM Modi slammed the Grand Old Party over dynasty politics as he said, "There are two types of politics in the country — one is Parivar Bhakti, and the other is Rashtra Bhakti.

"He noted that family-led parties have Noway allowed the country's youth to progress. "They've always been betrayed," PM Modi said. "And moment, we should be proud that BJP is the only party waking the country of this problem."

Incubating his attack on the Opposition, the high minister said that" distinction and corruption were lateral goods of vote bank politics rehearsed by parties in power before, and the BJP has challenged it."

Modi also asserted that the BJP governments at the Centre and countries have worked to take weal schemes to every devisee without any distinction and impulses, reflecting the aphorism of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas."
